Mindfulness invites us to become more present in our lives, developing awareness of our thoughts, feelings and experiences with curiosity, kindness and without judgement.
I’ve been teaching mindfulness to adults and young people since 2018, offering experiential programmes that encourage self-awareness, compassion and a more conscious relationship with ourselves and the world around us.
