Reconnecting with ourselves and exploring new possibilities.

Coaching offers a space to reconnect with yourself, explore what matters most to you and develop a deeper awareness of how you experience yourself and the world.

My approach is transpersonal coaching, an integrative and holistic approach that considers the whole person, including the physical, mental, emotional, interpersonal and spiritual dimensions of our experience.

Through mindfulness, compassionate awareness and reflection, we can begin to recognise the patterns and beliefs that may be holding us back, creating space for new possibilities and choices.

Rather than striving to become someone different, coaching invites you to discover what it means to live more fully and authentically as yourself.

Developing a Kinder Relationship with Ourselves

Have you ever noticed an inner voice that judges your thoughts, feelings, actions or achievements?

Perhaps it tells you that you should be doing more, achieving more or being different from who you are.

Many of us develop habitual patterns of self-criticism, sometimes believing that being hard on ourselves will motivate us to improve, succeed or gain the appreciation of others.

Yet these patterns can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves, continually striving towards some future version of who we think we should be, rather than recognising and valuing who we are now.

Through compassionate awareness, we can begin to notice these habitual responses without automatically believing or following them.

As we become more aware of our thoughts, feelings and underlying beliefs, we create space to question whether they continue to reflect our needs and values.

This is not about replacing one ideal of ourselves with another. It is about developing a more accepting relationship with ourselves and recognising the possibility of living with greater authenticity.

Creating Space for Awareness and Choice

We are relational beings, and having someone alongside us in this process can provide a supportive space for reflection and exploration.

Coaching offers an opportunity to listen more closely to yourself, with curiosity, compassion and without judgement.

Together, we can explore what feels meaningful to you, the patterns that influence your choices and the ways you may have adapted to expectations that no longer reflect who you are.

Sometimes this involves recognising goals or assumptions that have shaped our lives without our conscious awareness.

It may not mean changing anything outwardly. Instead, it might involve bringing greater awareness, intention and authenticity to what you are already doing.

As we become more present with our experience, we may discover that new possibilities emerge, not through forcing change, but through understanding ourselves more deeply.

One question you might begin exploring is:

Is what I’m about to do a reflection of who I truly am?

An Integrative Approach to Transpersonal Coaching

Our work begins with a question, challenge or area of life that you would like to explore. This remains at the heart of our sessions as we consider it through five interconnected dimensions of human experience:

  • Physical: Our relationship with the body, health, energy and physical wellbeing.
  • Mental: Our thoughts, beliefs, assumptions and habitual ways of thinking.
  • Emotional: Our feelings, emotional patterns and responses.
  • Interpersonal: Our relationships, communication and ways of connecting with others.
  • Spiritual: Our values, sense of meaning, purpose and connection with what matters most to us.

The spiritual dimension does not require any particular religious or spiritual beliefs. It may simply involve exploring what gives your life meaning and helps you feel connected to yourself and the wider world.

Through mindfulness, compassionate awareness and reflection, we explore how these different aspects of your experience influence one another, helping you develop a deeper understanding of your needs, values, beliefs and patterns.

This holistic approach allows us to consider your presenting challenge from different perspectives, opening up new possibilities and choices.

A Six-Session Programme

I offer a structured six-session coaching programme, with the flexibility to respond to your individual needs and the question you bring.

Across the first five sessions, we explore the interconnected dimensions of your experience in relation to your presenting challenge, allowing space for what feels most relevant to emerge.

Our sixth session focuses on integration, bringing together the insights gained throughout our work and exploring how you might translate these into meaningful, practical action in everyday life.

If you would like to explore particular areas in greater depth, additional sessions can be arranged by agreement.
