I am a Transpersonal Coach, Meditation Facilitator, and Youth Mindfulness Teacher, with a longstanding commitment to supporting others in cultivating self-awareness, emotional resilience, and a deeper connection to meaning and purpose. Since beginning my personal mindfulness practice in 2005 and transitioning into teaching in 2018, I have come to view mindfulness-based practices as profound invitations to reconnect with the authentic self and to engage life from a place of inner wisdom and stability.
My approach integrates mindfulness, transpersonal principles, and embodied presence to help individuals explore their true nature beyond conditioned patterns and narratives. I support clients in developing the capacity to meet themselves fully—in the complexity of their experience—with curiosity, compassion, and clarity. Whether working with young people or adults, I provide a space for individuals to tune into what is meaningful and take empowered steps aligned with their deeper values and inner knowing.
A pivotal moment in my journey was participating in a ten-day silent meditation retreat in the mountains of Doi Sutep, Chiang Mai province, Thailand, which deeply affirmed the transformative potential of mindfulness and contemplative practice. This experience continues to inform my work, not as a fixed reference point, but as part of an ongoing integration—bridging insight with daily life.
At the heart of my work is the intention to help others feel at home within themselves, not only in the moments of ease, but also amidst challenge and uncertainty. Through mindful awareness, coaching presence, and transpersonal insight, I support others in accessing the inner resources needed to navigate life with greater openness, creativity, and authenticity.
