Transpersonal Coach

Transpersonal coaching is an invitation to be at home with yourself and open to living from the best version of you. I use mindfulness tools as a helpful companion in opening to the possibility of living from the heart; from your wisest self. I have been practising mindfulness for over 15 years and have been teaching it since 2018. Through curiosity, compassion, and present moment awareness, choice arises in places that once felt stuck. Interested in a journey of discovery and moving towards your fullest potential?

Question: Do you have a ‘friend’ who constantly judges your thoughts, feeling, actions and achievements, how you live life and your lifestyle choices? You may not have an external friend that fits the description, but an internal ‘friend’, a part of you having that critical voice? Often, we engage in conscious and unconscious habits of self-critical talk about certain aspects of our feelings, thoughts and actions. This over-critical strategy, often employed as a motivational tool to become more successful, appreciated and loved by others, damages our relationship with ourselves.

If you’ve tried self-judging into action, you are in good company! Many people experience unhelpful self negative talk. You may have discovered how unfulfilling and unsatisfying the present moment feels whilst trying to make some future moment of success or happiness happen. As you are reading this, I invite you to bring awareness to the oxymoronic strategy of judging and criticising to be the best, most fulfilled, successful version of yourself. As you begin to sit with this, the wise part of you may start to sense there is another way.

Being aware of unhelpful unconscious habits is the first step to choosing how you want to be in each moment. Compassionate awareness reveals a choice that allows kinder alternatives to moving towards the best version of yourself.

We are innately relational beings; doing this work with a coach brings safety and connectedness as you commit to listening to yourself in a kind, compassionate way. You allow yourself the opportunity to be set free from unhelpful mindsets. This commitment is your greatest gift to yourself and others.

In a coaching session, you will be opening up space in your life to align yourself with meaning a purpose. There will be a mindful space of kind attention, to be honest with yourself, to what is most meaningful to you and the opportunity to let go of false goals. That may not mean dropping anything you are doing outwardly, but committing to bringing all of your authentic self into all that you do.  It’s about a willingness to open up to your inner processes, nurturing inner space and seeing how that naturally unfolds into your outward action.

By making a deeper connection with the present and to your meaning and purpose, you pave the way to connecting to, feeling more engaged with and fulfilling more of who you are, bringing the best version of you into the present and future.

You can start right now by continually connecting to and being aware of your aspirations in the choices you make, by consciously making space to ask the question: Is what I’m about to do a reflection of who I truly am?

If you are interested in making the space in your life to explore ways to bring forth your best self, please get in touch if you have any questions and for session details.
